Through my work, I seek to show the unseen labor that shapes the memories which ground our identities. By combining industrial materials with the subject matter of personal memories, I explore the connections between labor and memory. Each piece shows the physical aspect of a memory or the emotion embedded within. Through texture, form, and juxtaposition, my work invites viewers to reflect on the weight of labor as a collective experience and a deep personal history.
